  • Access to shared facilities: on-site laundry, client lounge, content creation room, and education/event space

If there’s anything specific you need (additional shelving, special hookups, etc.), let our leasing team know we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I decorate or customize my suite?

Yes — we encourage you to make the suite your own. Tenants may personalize non-structural elements like:

  • Painted accent walls (pre-approved colors preferred)
  • Artwork, shelving, rugs and lighting
  • Branding elements such as signage, product displays, and business cards

Structural alterations (moving plumbing, cutting walls, electrical rewiring) require prior written approval from management. Our team can review your plans and advise on simple, renter-friendly branding options.

Do I need a business license or insurance to rent a suite?

Yes. Because Glam Studio Suites operates as a space for independent professionals, you will be responsible for your own:

  • Local business license (as required by Norwood / Bergen County ordinances)
  • Professional liability insurance (general and professional liability are commonly requested)
  • Any industry-specific certifications or permits (for example, tattoo permits or cosmetology licenses)

If you’re unsure which licenses or insurance products you need, our leasing team can provide a checklist and recommend local resources to get you started.

What are the lease terms?

We offer flexible annual lease options designed for growth. Typical terms include:

  • Standard: 12-month lease with renewal options
  • Custom terms: shorter or longer leases may be available depending on suite size and availability
  • Security deposit and first month’s rent required at signing

Do I have 24/7 access to my suite?

Absolutely. Glam tenants have 24/7 combo access so you can book clients whenever it fits your schedule early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays. The building is monitored for security, and on-site staff or an emergency contact is available during business hours.

Are there currently any promotions or move-in incentives?

Yes we frequently run promotions to help new tenants transition smoothly. Current example promotion (subject to availability):

  • Founders Special: $250/week for Year 1
  • Includes professional moving assistance to simplify your relocation

How do I schedule a tour or apply?

We make touring and applying easy:

  1. Click the Book a Tour button on our website or call 1-855-611-GLAM (4526).
  2. Choose a date and time that works for you we offer weekday and weekend appointments.
  3. If you decide to apply, complete the application form and provide the required documents (ID, proof of license, and proof of insurance).
  4. Once approved, we’ll review lease terms, collect the deposit, and schedule your move-in.

  • Respect neighbor quiet hours and shared amenity schedules
  • Notify management of any maintenance issues promptly
